Welcome to the Multi-purpose Center located in the City of Sonora, Texas. The center serves as a focal point for the seniors that reside in our comunity. We hope that you find our center more than just
a building and more of a place where the history of the past comes alive, with the stories that are told over a warm meal. However, don't take my word for it, when you can come experience first hand the memories of yesterday. While at the
Center if you do not find the most comfortable visit, feel free to contact us at 915-387-5657. Here at the Center we are proud to offer the following
services to our community.
- Hours of Operation
Open Monday-Friday 8:30a.m.-4:30p.m.
- Senior Center Building rental per event
(All events require a cleaning deposit. Any cleaning by Center staff will require forfeiture of deposit. Rental list for 4 hours. Prices same for one or both rooms as experience as shown
that groups tend to use both rooms regardless.)
- Cleaning deposit per event--$25.00
- Base use fee 1 room--$50.00
- Meals Title III congregate
Visitors less than 60 years old--$4.00 donation
- Meals Title III home delivery donations
c1 Meal-eaten at the center 12 noon.
c2 Meals on Wheels
- van Ride, 60+ years old, per trip by donation
Ride, to San Angelo on 3rd Wednesday of each month, by donation.
