RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SONORA, TEXAS AUTHORIZING CHANGE OF DATE FOR AUGUST REGULAR MEETING

            WHEREAS, the City of Sonora desires to hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, August 25 instead of Tuesday, August 18, 2009 due to the absence of the Mayor on August 18, 2009; and

            WHEREAS, notice of the change of date for the August meeting has been posted in accordance with applicable State law and has been published in the local newspaper.

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SONORA, TEXAS;

1.         That the City Council of the City of Sonora shall hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 instead of Tuesday, August 18, 2009.

DULY RESOLVED AND ADOPTED on the 13th day of August, 2009 at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Sonora, Texas.
