A customer is charged a base sewer rate of $11.78, plus an additional charge based on averaging their November, December, and January water consumption or their current month�s water consumption, whichever is lowest, based on the rate schedule.

Customer who does not have water services, is charged a flat rate, rates can

be calculated on type of family size, type of business, or industry. Minimum rate of:

Customers not having water consumption records for the months of November, December and January shall have their sewer rate calculated on their current month�s water consumption until records are available.
